Digital Products Only

All products sold on RPV Books are digital eBooks. No physical shipping is involved, and all purchases are delivered through download or digital access.

No Cancellation After Purchase

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, the order cannot be canceled. Digital products are delivered instantly, so cancellation after purchase is not possible.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Once an eBook is downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned.

Exceptions (If Any)

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Payment was deducted but eBook was not delivered
  • You were charged more than once for the same order
  • The file is completely broken and cannot be accessed despite support help

If any of the above happens, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
